17th Annual GPAS Notable Garden Tour

"Yards and Gardens"
Saturday, June 15th, 2013

10 am to 4 pm rain or shine

The Garden Tour features six gardens in Greece
with light refreshments, visual artists,
and live musical performances.

Ticket books available at Greece outlets beginning on May 11th

for $15 until June 14th and then $20 on the day of the tour.

This year, bigger than ever, the "Garden Market" under the tent at the Greece Historical Society on Long Pond Road features arts and crafts vendors, a perennial plant sale, garden treasures, live music, and a raffle.

The "Garden Market" is open to the public from 9 am to 5 pm.

The GPAS Garden Tour is a major fundraiser for the Greece Performing Arts Society. All proceeds benefit the performing groups and other GPAS activities.

The GPAS, established in 1969, advocates to promote the arts in the community by reaching out to new audiences and by keeping a strong cultural presence through lifelong learning and outreach programs.

The GPAS sponsors the GPAS Symphony Orchestra, GPAS Choral Society, GPAS Concert Band, GPAS Community Orchestra, GPAS Jazz Band, and the GPAS Young Artists’ Competition. The GPAS is one of the longest established community arts groups in NYS. Funding comes from the Town of Greece, member and business sponsorships, and fundraising activities.
