Phyllis Smith Oyer was a beloved member
of the Greece Choral Society for many years.
She strongly believed that
students should be given the chance to grow musically either by support
within their families or through the adults that enrich their lives in
school. Soon after her passing, her husband and son, Walt
and Walt Jr., honored her memory by each year providing the support for
the "Phyllis Smith Oyer Award."
GPAS is grateful to have
been able to include this special woman as a member of our
organization.
